Pictures plus Writing News

Mood: kinda pissed yet somehow happy
I have a couple of awesome pictures for you plus some news on my latest writing project.
Here are some laughable pictures:

Love them, right? Anyways so my latest writing project is an idea that's been bugging my for some time now. I really want to write it because I LOVE the idea. The problem? I can't think of an ORIGINAL plot. Anyways I decided to write it anyways. I know I haven't been posting a lot lately. I have finals soon. EKKK! Hopefully I'll post more later. Wish me luck on my new story.

Vampires, Faeries, Fraps, and Day-Time Television

Mood: ehhh kinda upset but getting better
You know what I like about reading/ writing?? I love that i can write about a vampire, and it doesn't have to be a blood sucking monster (unless I want it to be). It can be a vampire that instead of sucking blood it can suck on Carmel fraps from Starbucks. It's my vampire. Why not right? But that doesn't mean YOU can't write about a blood sucking vampire. We can all write about vampires, but that doesn't mean they are all alike. That's what I hate about some readers even though I'm guilty of this too. So sometimes I'll tell one of my friends about this amazing faery book I read that I think they'd like. Their response? I'm sorry. I have so many other books to read first. Translation? I don't want to read a book about Faeries. They are lame.
BUT not all faery books are the same. Who says this faery isn't a homicidal faery with a love for Day-Time Television??? You never know unless you give it a try. This faery could be the best character you've ever read about. See what I mean.
Anyways my point is I want to be that author who makes a character out of nothing and make them unique which is why I like writing. There are no guide lines you have to follow. Well except maybe word count and grammar stuff, but other than that nothing. I like that about writing. :)

Okay enough with book rambling. I'm going to end this post then write a post on music. Simply because I love music, and I want to share some amazing songs with you.

Inspiration

Mood: tired but awake
I have a picture I think all writes need to remember:
Click on it if it looks blurry. Even though I think tis picture is metaphoric not litteral, but I read it litteraly. I read it as: Don't make this dream guy that everyone will love just because he's dreamy. Make a character everyone will love for HIM! For what he says through the page. What part of his soul the reader gets to read.
Anyways onther that I wanted to say I'm taking a break from my Picture a Day project to finish my Royal Pains story. I will continue my tumblr challenge though. So here's today's:
Day 7: 10 important people
1. My friends
2. My family
3. The people in my life
4. The people who have left
5. The people who love me
6. The people who hate me
7. Authors for making me love reading/ writing
8. Other bloggers for making me not feel like the only one having trouble wrtting
9. My readers
10. everyone in the world for just breathing

the CW

Mood: hyper
OMFG! I love the CW! So I've been watching Life Unexpected for the last 2 or 3 hours, and I love it. OMG! I love Eric. :D There's my age difference relationship I love writing about. So I just finished Camp Grounded, and OMFG when the episode ended I literally went "AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!" then made a heart with my hands. I loved the ending. So the point of this post is about my love for the CW. Have you ever watched it? I have yet to find a show on the CW I didn't like. Of course I haven't seen them all, but still I love them all so far.
Life Unexpected? Check!
Nikita? Check!
Vampire Diaries? Check!
Hellcats? Check!
Gossip Girl? Check!
See? I love them all! I've seen a little bit of Smallville, but i never got caught p. Anyways, I love the CW. So if you haven't watched any of the shows above GO WATCH THEM!

10 years

Mood: very weird
I am very messed up. In so many ways. So I'm writing the second chapter of a story I started a long time ago but, obviously, never finished. In this chapter there is an intense sword fighting scene between a prince and an assassin. The prince is later going to be my MC love interest. Problem is? He's 25. She's 15. Am I weird that I'm writing this relationship. I mean in American that kind of relationship is illegal. But I love realtionships with a big age difference. No would I date someone who's 10 years old/ younger? No. But still I love writing about them. Is that weird? IDK. But I'm keeping him at 25. Even though that's a tad old. Just a tad ;) So how's everyone else's writing going? Good? Bad? I'd love to know. And does anyone else like to write relationships with huge age differences of is that just me???

Trivial Pursuit and Other Random Things

Mood: Getting better
What happens when you put together a room rule of super smart people who've had to much to drink + Trivial Pursuit= Pure Awesomeness :) This is what my Thanksgivings have been like for the past two years. I know yesterday was Thanksgiving, BUT since yesterday was also football day for us today became our official Thanksgiving.
Sadly I missed 3ish hours of my Thanksgiving being sick. Pretty Crappy right? But I woke up just in time for dinner which were all comfort foods. :D
Anyways we are about to play Trivial Pursuit, so I have to keep this short. Since I'm the only one sober (no alcohol for the minor) I get to take the pictures which means I get to have a camera full of pictures of memories no one will remember. :D
So anyways I actually really wanna start writing so I'll post my picture and my 10 things quickly. Crap I also have to edit Day 3's story. So this has to be quick. So here's today's picture:
And today's Tumblr topic is 10 things I can't live without:
1. My books
2. My computer
3. My music
4. My phone (which I can't find anywhere)
5. a can of coke
6. A camera
7. My friends
8. My family
9. My brain
10. All my organs and stuff that keep me going

Yeah! Pretty awesome list right? I just got done with Trivial Pursuit (sorry I forgot to post this earlier.) It was fun even though I suck at it. So yeah. Other than being sick and that I can't find my phone it was a pretty good day.

2. It's Picture time! Say CHEESE! JK! I found 10 new pictures today! I know it's not a lot, BUT they are some pretty awesome pictures. So here's today's picture:
Don't you love it??? I do! My idea is kinda normal kinda not. :D
3. Tumblr time.
Today's is about 10 things I wish for.
Day 5: 10 Things I wish for
1. I wish to finish a book :)
2. I wish to find a good agent

Not That Kind of Girl Review

Mood: Tired
Sorry y'all for posting so late yesterday/ this morning. I was reading Not That Kind of Girl by Siobhan Vivian. So here's my little mini review:

Product description:
Natalie Sterling wants to be in control. She wants her friends to be loyal. She wants her classmates to elect her student council president. She wants to find the right guy, not the usual jerk her school has to offer. She wants a good reputation, because she believes that will lead to good things.

But life is messy, and it's very hard to be in control of it. Not when there are freshman girls running around in a pack, trying to get senior guys to sleep with them. Not when your friends have secrets they're no longer comfortable sharing. Not when the boy you once dismissed ends up

being the boy you wants to sleep with yourself - but only in secret, with nobody ever finding out.

Slut or saint? Winner or loser? Natalie is getting tired of these forced choices - and is now going to find a way to live life in the sometimes messy, sometimes wonderful in-between.

Review:

I was glued to the book. I really did like it. I loved Natalie's voice. She, in her own way, was an admirable character. She was a strong and loyal character. What I really liked about her as a person was her attitude. In a way, I'm like her. We both have a "Love me or Hate me" attitude which made seeing thing through her perspective so much easier. I'm not saying I'm a feminist. Nor am I saying I'm not. Personally, I don't want to be labeled like that. But I did agree with some of her opinions.

At the same time, I agreed with Spencer. I would love to read a companion book about her. She was such a fun character. In a way, I'm also like her. I agreed with many of her opinions. I loved her attitude about life. She didn't let things get her down. Except in one scene towards the end where you really see her vulnerability. But anyways I liked how she did things for her. Not for others which even as a 14 year old, she made an admirable character.
Now for Autumn. She wasn't really an outstanding character in my eyes. I really wish she'd have done something more "I don't care what you think." In a way she did, but I would have hoped for something more interesting, but she still was an important character.
Connor. So as a character I found him a tad flat. He was well perfect which isn't fair. He should have had more flaws. And also his character in the begining? Way too confusing. He acted like an egocentric jerk which wasn't the case. I really didn't like that. I wish he would have acted the same way through out the story or at least had a better transition. I also didn't like his relationship with Mike. It wasn't until the end I found out they were "best friends." It confused me. Throughout the book I thought they were friends but not really. So I was shocked when I found out they were close.
Over all i thought it was a good book. The characters were real and fun. Hope you get a chance to read it.
BTW as plot go it was pretty predictable. I really wish the author would have gone more into the character, Mike. I really didn't get the rivalry between Mike and Natalie. I get that they are opposites, but I'd like to know more. Maybe she had a crush on him in JH, and he broke her heart. Maybe he humiliated her with a pizza stain. IDK. Anything really. I wish i saw more of their past.
So if you want to read a good book about girl getting out of her element here's your book.

In a Hurry

Mood: ehhhhh. You know how it is.
I'm posting this while I can. My internet is unstable right now. I'm hoping it'll post. I'm going to try to keep this short since I still haven't worked on today's Picture or added to Day 2 or 3 a today's picture is a little different. I hope y'all like it anyways. Or at least like it enough to come up with an idea. BTW how has these picture been working for you? Do you hate it? Is this helping you writing? IDK. This works really well for me except I'm having trouble finding good pictures. Hopefully I'll find more later. So here' today's picture. Click on it if it looks blurry.
stories. I'm hoping to type this super fast then finish today's picture because tomorrow I have a ton of time to add to Day 2 and 3's stories. So today's picture:
And now for today's Tumblr Chllenge. It's day 4 in my Tumblr CHalenge. Here is the official list of everyday I have planned:

Day 1: 10 things about you
Day 2: 10 things you love
Day 3: 10 things you hate
Day 4: 10 things you want to say to one person
Day 5: 10 wishes
Day 6: 10 items you can’t live without
Day 7: 10 important people
Day 8: 10 of your favorite songs
Day 9: 10 ways to win your heart
Day 10: Final 10 words.

Okay so like I started typing this a couple of hours ago, but never finished (I was reading. I'll post a short review later.) I'm too lazy to start my tumblr challenge, sp I'm skipping day 4. Sorry. I need to sleep, but I decided to keep you informed. I did post the picture though (an hour after midnight.) Sorry y'all. Heading to bed. I'll blog later today. Happy Thanksgiving.

Stuff Needs to be Done

Mood: sleepy
*Yawn* so I just woke up. Remember yesterday I said I hate waking up early? Well this is early. GAH! I was hoping to atleast sleep into 9 a.m. at the least. But no. I know "but why don't you just go back to sleep?" Well my dear reader, I'm one of the people once I walk up I'm up (most of the time). But since today is the day before Thanksgiving AND the first day of my Thanksgiving Break I'm going to be productive. *Gasps from the reader* I know this might come as a surprise, but I'm going to try. So my plans for the day are pretty boring, but they need to get done. So as you might already know I like lists, so here's a list of my things I need/want to get done today (In no particular order):
1. Cooking for Thanksgiving (I'll post pictures of the food and their recipes later in the day or sometime tomorrow)
2. Add to my Day 2 and 3 stories (those are my favorites so far even though they are the hardest to write)
3. Pack for my trip
4. Listen to almost EVERY song on my IPod for ideas (I love using music for ideas)
5. Clean the house
6. Do Laundry
7. Write Day 5 story as well as my Tumblr challenge of the day
8. and finish learning the dance to Starstruck

I'll probably have more things to do, but that's all I can think or for now.

HATE & My New Idea

Mood: Kinda upset
Here is today's "A Picture is worth a Thousand words" picture. Do you like it?

Gorgeous right? I think so. It has that mysterious feel. <3 it.
Now for my Tumblr challenge (sorry this post is so long, but I had a lot to say). So as you might know the challenge goes like this I write 10 things about a certain topic. Here's the official list:

Day 1: 10 things about you
Day 2: 10 things you love
Day 3: 10 things you hate
Day 4: 10 things you want to say to one person
Day 5: 10 wishes
Day 6: 10 items you can’t live without
Day 7: 10 important people
Day 8: 10 of your favorite songs
Day 9: 10 ways to win your heart
Day 10: Final 10 words.

It is Day 3 already. I know ironic that I have to write about things I hate right before Thanksgiving, but hey that's what the list says. Anyways I've had kinda of a crappy day, so this will be my release. I know "but shouldn't writing be your release?" blah blah blah. I know, but this way I can rant without affecting my writing. So sorry if you are reading this. I promise I'll keep it short.

Day 3: 10 things I hate
1. Rude comments
2. Back stabbing
3. Jealousy (I'm very jealous of a lot of people for different reasons, and I wish I wasn't)
4. Cold sores (Yes, I have a stupid cold sore that is completely bugging me)
5. Waking up before noon (I miss waking up at 3 p.m.)
6. The fact that there are NINE year olds who hate their life (Seriously? What has this world come to??)
7. Homework (had to say it)
8. When people don't so their fair share in a project (I know I'm guilty of this occasionally, but it's annoying since I normally end up with ALL of the work, and they just sit on their butt)
9. Fake people
10. The amount of abuse in this world

UGH! Sorry, but I have to add an 11.
11. WHEN MY COMPUTER ERASES ALL MY HARD WORK! So above my picture I typed out this HUGE paragraph about my writing troubles now it's all gone. Sorry I would retype it, but I still have to type today's Day 3 picture. Sorry

Okay so some are serious. Some are just me and my pity problems. This was actually really hard for me to type since I couldn't really think of any. :/ So what do you hate?

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words

Mood: Happy
Do you think that is true? Well I'm going to prove it. I have over 90 picture I've found on the internet, and I'm going to write 1,000 words per picture. Some I'll mesh together to make a complete story. Some I'll save for a later story. I don't know yet. Each day I'll post the picture I'm using for the day. If you want to try the challenge.
This is kinda like my NaNoWriMo. Except I majorly failed at that. HOPEFULLY I won't fail at this project. What do you think? Good idea? Bad idea?
In my opinion it's great for those authors with commitment issues. Like myself. Yes I can admit it. I can't stay on an idea for a long time, so this is my compromise. This way I don't have to bother with tying everything together. All I do is write short scenes. :D
AND there's music. Because I can't write without it.
So basically it's a win win for me. I mean who doesn't like music and writing. :D
Today's picture is this:
Sorry if it's blurry. If you click on it then it looks clearer.
I'm off to write today's 1,000 words.

P.S. Sorry for the blogging frenzy. I had a lot to say today. BTW starting Sunday (tomorrow) I'm doing the 10 day challenge. I think it's mainly a tumblr thing but whatever. I'm doing it.

XOXO

Movies, Music, and and Mushrooms :D

Mood: good (except for my stupid headache)
I just finished watching the movie Letters to Juliet.
So remember that post I made a couple of hours ago? About how I am like looking at every part or the story? Well I found out that happens with movies too.
I liked the movie. It was cute.
But I kept thinking how obvious it was that he liked her. I mean come on. BORING! There needs to be a TENSE but oddly interiging romance going on. Charlie had such potential! Who doesn't love an obnoxious know-it-all? Okay. Well most of us don't. Myself included. BUT they make great characters.
And the fiancee! UGH! I would never marry a guy like that! HELLO! I love cooking just as much as the next person, but you're in Italy and all you want to do is go to vineyards?!?! WTF! I'd be sightseeing and eating carbs until my pant button breaks. Okay maybe not THAT many carbs but you get the idea.
Anyways! Right now I want some Italian and to listen to Taylor Swift. Atually Right now I'm listening to David Archuleta, but I'll listen to Taylor Swift in a minute. BTW! I do NOT want people trashing David Archleta or Taylor Swift. Do that on your blog. They are both talented. Especailly David. Hehe <3 Come on have you listened to some of his songs? Like Parachutes and Airplanes??? I <3 that song. :)
Wow I got off topic. Well I'm going to eat my yummy lobster ravioli which has mushrooms (Jealous much?). EKKK! I'm excited. I mean don't you just love Italian food???

BTW in case you haven't seen Letters to Juliet you might want to. :D

XOXO

Wow! Things Sure Have Changed!

Mood: Shocked
SO when I first started reading I was reading for the fun of it. I still do don't get me wrong, but now how I read has changed. Now when I read and I look at the plot, word choice, mood, setting dialogue, etc. I remember when I first got a blogger I found a blog, and one of the post was about a girl who was going through what I'm going through now. Wow that sounds weird. But she too started looking at books through their plot, word choice, mood, setting, dialogue, etc as well. I remember reading that think wow that's weird. I can never imagine myself doing that." Oh the irony. Of course now I read like that. When I was reading The Thirteenth Chime I was notiing how the author used rather flat sentences towards the end of her chapters. Sentences like "I fell alsleep" or something. I don't remember the exact words, but I remember thinking would I haveused those words? Maybe if she used this word instead... blah blah blah. I'm not saying I didn't like the book. The idea was orginal and I really liked it. BUT while I was reading it I was looking at the plot, word choice, mood, setting dialogue, etc. I made small mental notes on most of those throughout the story. I've also done that with a few other books. Weird right? I never thought I'd do that, but look at me now? Things sure have changed.

P.S. You really should read the Thirteenth Chime. The plot was really good. :)

OW! My Toe!

Mood: pain
So I was dancing. Barefoot. Without stretching. in a croded space. on carpet.
You can see the problems, right? So long story short. I was dancing, and I had to do this twisty thingy where I spin and turn and slide and bleh. SO anyways while I turned I twisted my big toe. Not like OMFG I have to go to the hospital now bad, but like **** where's the ice? So yeah. I still have to learn the dance. BUT I have to learn it sitting. I know. I'm doomed.

:/

Mood: UGH!
I was in such a good mood earlier. Everything was going great. I was joking around with a ton of people from school. People were complementing my writing. I was laughing with my brother about turkeys (you had to be there). Everything was going great until now.
Let me start of with my positives. I know my positives must sound lame, but they weren't to me.

The joking with my class was good because I'm new. Even though I already know were I stand here. It felt good to feel excepted. I know lame, but I needed that.

People were actually complementing my writing. I know as a writer this should be nothing, but it meant a lot to me. I have a serious fear of people reading my work. Call it a fear of rejection. I knwo horrible fear. One I need to get over if I ever want to be a writer, but it's still my fear. So today people had to read a story I write and to say the least I was scared ****less, but everyone said they liked it. Lets just say I was beaming.

Then there was the turkeys and my brother. I love my brother to death. I haven't talked to him in a while since I moved. IDK why. We just grew apart for some reason. Just the other day he messaged me and ever since we have been talking like crazy. It felt good to laugh. :D

And now for the bad. I know about a wee ago I posted about how my friend has a blog. Well I asked her about it. She avioded it. It's been this way since I moved. I hate it.
I hate moving. She posted today abouting wanting to move. But I know she doesn't. I know her. I know what it's like to move. What she want is people to notice. But moving isn't the way to get notice. All you get is broken promises and forgotten. :(

You and Me

Mood: Hyper
My Imaginary Conversation with YOU!

Me: Who is excited for January 4th????
You: What is January 4th?
Me: Well just one of the most anticipated days in history.
You: Your birthday?
Me: Even better. If that is even possible.
You: Give Julie a present day?
Me: Don't I wish. But hey if you want to give me a present that's cool too. I won't complain. ;)
You: Ummmm. What is better than those to AMAZING days?
Me: The release of Hexbound! Duh! Wow. Have you been living under a rock all this time?
You: Maybe.... But still what IS Hexbound? A CD? A movie? Preferably with Johnny Depp. Have you seen him?!?!
Me: Better! It's a book! One of the best books ever for that matter. But sadly there is no Johnny. :(
You: What's it about?
Me: It's this amazing book by Chloe Niell about Repers, vampires who steal your soul. and the good guys.
You: Woah, Julie. Such a great description. -.-
Me: SIGH! I can't give the book justice. Go look it up.
You: FINE! *Opens Internet (which should already be open if you are reading this)*
You: OMFG! That's sounds so awesome!
Me: I know right?!?! But wait you have to read the first book first.

Secrets

Mood: depressed
Have you ever felt like you didn't really know someone? One of my "close" friends has a blog. I randomly found it today. I didn't know about most of thethings on there, and I'm not even done reading all of it. Why don't I know any of it? I ask her all the time how she is and how she's feeling. She always says she's fine. I don't believe her most of the time, but I try not to push her. Now I feel like a horrible friend. Why can't you tell me? I'm here. I promise.

24 hours? That's it?

Mood: Bleh
You guys are so lucky I liked y'all. So for the last HOUR I've been working on my Top Ten: Fictional Crushes. Which you would think would be easy right? Well it's not. It's taking a lot more time than I hoped. And I still have to do my homework, work on Royal Pain, finish my Top Ten list (I'm only on #7), and work on my quote book. I know. I know. We all have the same 24 hours a day, but mine always feel short. Plus I have eight hours of school that I have no control over. SIGH! I'm going to finish my Top Ten. Hopefully I can get everything done. I hope.

Top 10: Fictional Crushes

Mood: exhausted
We all fall for a characters in books, movies, TV shows, etc. It's bound to happen at least once. When I was planning this post I thought I'd have this HUGE list and wouldn't be able to pick ONLY ten crushes. But when it came down to it I realized I'm picky. Like really, really picky. Most of my literary crushes are bad boys with a soft side. But not to soft. Some aren't total bad boys (cough cough #3 & 10 cough cough), but I still love them.

My Top Ten: Fictional Crushes

1. Magnus from the Mortal Instruments. Weird I know, but I absolutely love him. He's funny, charming, sarcastic, there to save the day, and hey who doesn't love a guy who can work some magic. Wow that sounds really wrong. HE"S A WIZARD! In case someone reads this and has to burn their pretty eyes cause they think I mean it in a wring way. I know. I know. Magnus is dating Alec., BUT he did date that vampire in The Clockwork Angel. I totally forgot her name sorry. So yeah maybe I have a chance??? Probably not. :(

2. Adrian from The Vampire Academy. OMFG! I hated him in Frostbite. I have no idea why. Maybe I was just SO in love with Dimitri I totally didn't see Adrian's amazingness. He's a sweet, caring, there when you need him, he'd do anything for you kinda guy. Which I know isn't normally my type, BUT on Adrian he can pull off that sweet, nice guy act and STILL be a pain in the butt sarcastic "got to love you" guy. I mean who doesn't love that. It's really sad that Rose doesn't see that. Well I guess she does, but I think she's gong to pick Dimitri. :( But hey if Adrian is available I wouldn't mind taking him off Rose's hands. :)

3. Jeff from Some Girls Bite. So in the first two books I wasn't really "Team ____" anyone. Which is really odd for me since I always have a main guy I like. But when I read Some Girls Bite I didn't read it in order. I skipped around in the book. The parts I read while skipping around made me LOVE Morgan not so much Ethan, BUT when I read the book from cover the cover I found I actually liked Ethan. I was caught in the middle. It wasn't until the second book I feel for Jeff. He's funny, can take care of himself, and so much more. He really is awesome. AND hello? He's a were. What's not to love?

4. Damon Salatore from The Vampire Diaries (the TV show not the book.) Personally I hated the books. I think they are poorly written but had so much potential. PLEASE DON'T KILL ME VAMPIRE DIARIES FANS! BUT I do love the TV show. In my opinion Stephan bores me. But Damon doesn't. He's interesting, fun, you never know what he'll do, crazy, and OMFG HOT! I mean have you seen the guy??? He's so cute. He's my dream guy. Dark brown hair. Tall. Total bad boy. With a soft side for his girl. Dangerous. You never know what he'll do next. He's like everything. I could go on, but I don't want to bore you. Anyways as you can tell I love Damon. I even based one of my characters off of him *blushes*. YEP! Before I say anything else that would be embarrassing. BTW did any of you see last weeks episode? OMG! The whole "I love you seen" made me wanna cry. When can I find a guy like that??? WANTED: SUPER AWESOME GUY WHO IS LIKE DAMON SALATORE! :D

5. Ethan from Some Girls Bite. As I said earlier I love Jeff. And I still do. Of course. BUT Ethan has found his way into my heart. After Twice Bitten it was unavoidable. Even though he's a jerk I still found room for him. I don't have much to really add about Ethan since he's so had to pin point AND most of what I was going to say was in Jeff's. So yeah I'm kinda blank. SORRY!

6. Mr. Darcy from Pride and Predjudice. Who hasn't had a crush on him??? I've loved him ever since I read about him three years ago. I don't know why I love him I just do. Maybe it had to do with my real life crush at the time. Wow I sound like a elementary kid talking about her first crush. But anyways Mr. Darcy was like the guy I liked in more ways than one. There were TWO similarities. But they both had that "I'm so much better than you" attitude. They both ended up doing something nice for their girls. :) And I always dreamed that we would end up like Elizabeth & Mr. Darcy. Obviously we didn't or this post would be completely different.

7. Jace from The Mortal Instruments. For some reason when I think of well writen fictional crushes I think of Jace. He's perfect. Which is why he is #7 not #1. He's a little too perfect. It's scary. If I was dating him I'd be way to intimidated. I mean he really does sound perfect doesn't he? I love him. Yes. BUT I don't think I'd ever date him if he were real. WAIT! Scratch that. I totally would. He might be too perfect, BUT he is still perfect. What's not to love? OMG so I looked up some of the City of Bones quotes, and my stomach hurts. I totally forgot how funny Jace is. ANOTHER bonus. Sigh is he bad at anything?

8. Alex from Perfect Chemistry. Hello? He's in a gang. Everything about that screams dangerous. I never thought I'd like the book since it was about gangs. I normally stay away from books about major violence. But I saw the Rules of Attraction video, and I loved it. I just had to read the first book in the series and I fell for Alex. I love Carlos too, but he's not Alex. Alex is dangerous, loyal, smart, and an over all awesome guy.

9. Christophe from Strange Angels. OMG! So my heart totally broke after that scene where Dru gets shot and Christophe was like "she never caused me this much agony." *swoon* He's totally protective. Which is so cute. But the whole "I liked you mom" thing is kinda creepy. OMG. So I read somewhere that Lili St Crow is Team Graves not Team Christophe I nearly screamed. She likes him cause hes the underdog or something, but come on how can you NOT love Christophe. No offense but Graves is annoying.

10. Jordan from Two-Way Street. Two- Way Street was one of the first YA books I ever read. I loved it. It was fun and compelling the whole time. I loved reading through Jordan's perspective because it's obvious he loves Courtney. I love Jordan becuase he's normal. He's not a vamp, or a were, or a wizard, or a demon hunter. He's just Jordan. It's always good to have a chill character. Also Jordan is the most like normal teen guys. Which is always a good thing to capture in YA. I feel like I read so much Fantasy I forget about normal books. Jordan brings that.

I SEE THE LIGHT! OMG! I can't believe I finished. SIGH! So much more to do before I can sleep. Hopefully I won't die of exhaustion.

I HATE MY NANOWRIMO!

Mood: upset
I HATE MY NANOWRIMO! For some reason everything just sounds so UGH! Everything sounds to rehearsed. When I started my NaNoWriMo I was so excited. I loved my idea, characters, everything. No I hate it. The guy is a totally boring (I hate to say that, but he's so boring.) An dI have no idea how to ritavive the story. :( So for now I'm giving up on my NaNoWriMo. *gets pelted with tomatos* I'm sorry, but I feel like the story has no hope. BUT on the bright side I have Royal Pain to fall back on. :) I promise if I can find ANY way to make my NaNoWriMo any better while I'm at school or something I'll do it, but currently I think the story is dead. RIP NaNoWriMo. But on the bright side I've written about 2,800 words today! I'm going to start writing chapter 2 of Royal Pain now.

XOXO

2,500 words! Done!

Mood: Happy (it's actually kinda scary)
I just finished chapter 1 of Royal Pain (a side story to work on when my brain is overloaded with my NaNoWriMo.) Is it weird to say I'm kinda anxious to find out what happens next? I mean I know what's going to happen, but I kinda want to just write it to find out? Wow, I probably sound like a psychopath. But seriously I really wanna know what happens. I have to admit my ending is a major cliffhanger. I kinda dropped my jaw (even though I planned exactly what the ending was going to be like for the last 5 hours.) I know I sound obnoxious, but I don't care. I love where my story is going. Sadly I need to work on my poem then my NaNoWriMo before I can even TOUCH Royal Pain again. But mainly I'm proud I wrote all 2,500 words for Royal Pain. If only I can do the same for my NaNoWriMo (which currently does not have a name.) AHHH! I really want to work on Royal Pain, BUT I have other things to type. I'm going to get those other stories typed so I can work on Royal Pain that much faster.

XOXO

Almost Done!

Mood: Happy
I'm almost done with the first chapter of Royal Pains. :D I know. I know. I should be done with writing for the day, but sadly I am not. Around three o'clock I was running round town. I got my nails done (I know it wasn't a MUST but hey my toes look cute now^.^), went grocery shopping, picked up two books (The Replacement by Brenna Yovanoff and The Misguided Angel by Melissa De La Cruz), and went to Office Depot for a calculator. Fun right? Anyways so that took up a good 2.5 hours. I'm FINALLY home and ready to write. My plan is to finish my Royal Pains chapter then a poem (it's for school and due tomorrow, so I kinda sorta have to finish it. BUT thankfully I have it mostly finished all I have to do is edit it.) After all that NaNoWriMo! So bottom line my night is going to consist of me typing on my computer. HELLZ YEAH! Nothing can ruin my mood. Well maybe if a 5,000 lb elephant fell from the sky crashing my computer making me lose all my work. But what are the odds of that happening? *Knocks on wood just in case*

XOXO

Cliffhangers!

Mood: OMFG!!
I just watched last week's episode of Hellcats, and I think i dropped my jaw. *Beware spoiler* I mean I KNEW her laptop was going to get stolen, and I KNEW Marti and Dan were together/ liked each other, and I KNEW Savannah and Dan wouldn't sleep together but STILL. UGH! I really want to know who stole the laptop. I don't think it was the furniture guy, but I don't know who yet. Anyways my rambling has a point. So this week's Hellcats episode has a MAJOR cliffhanger like most of the CW's episodes. And so I want to talk about cliffhangers. I once read that EVERY hapter should end in a cliffhanger. I try to do that. Sometimes I succeed sometimes I don't. But after watching last week's episode of Hellcats I'm going to try harder on good cliffhangers. Since today is Write Your @$$ Off Day I'm going to use my new cliffhanger motivation. Hopefully I'll be able to write an amazing Cliffhanger. Like that's going to happen. I'm off to write. 4,253 more words to go. YAY! Sigh.

BTW don't you just LOVE the picture. I think everyone loves Wilie E. Coyote. AND the picture fits perfectly with my post.

Write Your @$$ Off Day!

Mood: Pumped
I've seen this on a couple of bloggers on Sundays, and I decided to give it a shot! It's midnight right now, and even though I SHOULD be sleeping I'm going to start writing! Mainly because I've been a slacker all day and a most of Friday. On Friday I only wrote 500 words (I normally try writing at least 1,000 words a day.) So I have to make up those extra 500 words PLUS 1,000 words from Saturday PLUS 1,000 words for today PLUS I want to write the first chapter for a new story (which will probably be about 2,500 words.) So for you kids playing at home that's 5,000 words in 24 hours. Joy!) that's been on my mind constantly. So I'm going to start writing. Luckily I've just finished an amazing book (which is always a good motivator) and listening to some awesome music. Both of which are always good writing helps (that and coffee, but I'll stick with tea for now.) I'm off to write! Wish me luck!

Yay! Yikes!

Mood: weird
Today has been very odd. I've thought about writing two old ideas for some reason. IDK why. Both ideas were ideas that I loved at the time, but thought were stupid later. I decided NOT to type them because the only story I want to think about is my NaNoWriMo. I know this probably won't work since ideas come from all over the place (I think most authors would agree.) ALSO I came up with a new idea not even three minutes ago. Which I plan to write while I'm editing my NaNoWriMo in December. Actually I should start writing now. :D I have the next two chapters already planned so HOPEFULLY I'll type 2,000 words. At least that's the plan. I have no idea how well it'll work out. Especially since I'm tired, and I still have homework. Yikes. But I already made a commitment to finish this story. It might suck. It might rule. But it needs to be written. I like this new positive mood. Way better than my depressed mood earlier. This is the PERFECT mood for writing. Wish me luck. ALSO good luck on you word count other NaNoWriMo writers. I know how hard a word count can be (I'm only on 3,000 words, BUT I hope to change that tonight.) Best of luck to all.

New! New! New!

Mood: tired. YAWN!
So I've typed about 830 words. I'm going to try to finish the last 170 words. SIGH! My eyes feel so heavy for some reason. BUT I plan on typing 3,000 words tomorrow. :D AT least that's the plan. We'll see how well it works out tomorrow. I also wanted to mention I'm planning on doing two NEW post ideas. Mostly I talk about writing and random stuff. I'll keeping doing that of course. BUT I'm going to start making Top 10 lists. YAY! Like "Top Ten Favorite Books", "Top Ten Favorite TV shows", etc. I'm also planning on doing monthly overviews. This is more for me than you. I'll list the books I read that month, favorite songs, etc. I'm not doing that for October since I don't remember, so I am starting this month. YAY! SO I'm going back to writing the SLEEP! Yeah!

HAPPY!!!!

Mood: HAPPY
OMG! I'm so HAPPY! I wrote 2,050 words! That's WAY more than I thought I would write. I thought I'd stop around 500 words, but I kept pushing for my goal. AND GUESS WHAT? I made it! I took breaks. Well a lot of breaks. BUT I finished :D. I'm so happy. So anyways I'm making this short so I can continue to write before I have to go to sleep. :D AHHHH I'm so happy!

XOXO

EKKKKKK!

Mood: HAPPY!
I've already typed 1,000 words. I'm really happy. I'm hoping I'll be able to type all 3,000 words today, but I'll be happy with just 2,000. OMG I'm so happy! Okay. Okay. I'm going back to my writing. :D

XOXO

UGH

Mood: PISSED
You know what I hate? When people decide to piss me off when I'm writing. Is it to much to ask for for some alone time? Do you HAVE to barge in and disrupt my writing zone? So I was in the zone until *a nameless person* comes in and decides it would be wonderful to make me upset. THANKS A LOT! Now I can't write. Well I can, but I don't LIKE writing while pissed unless I'm writing a scene ABOUT people being pissed off. Which I'm not. Nor am I planning one YET. So yeah THANKS A LOT!
BTW I've only written 400 words. :( BUT a lot of my story requires research. :/

XOXO

THREE THOUSAND WHAT?!?!?

Mood: exhausted
SIGH! I've been walking all day in converse. Which in case you don't know has ZERO arch support, and I have high arches. So yeah not my desired shoe wear. So remember how yesterday I was sad because I didn't have a story idea? Well I came up with one. I'm so happy. I really like where the story is going. I was planning it out on my way home. I must say I can't believe I thought of it. I'm going to start typing now (actually first I have to finish this post then upload some pics onto my comp BUT after that then I shall start.) After I'm done typing I plan to reward myself with reading and possibly a couple of Bones episodes. ^.^ BUT I have to type 2,000-3,000 words today first. I'm HOPING to type 3,000, but 1,500 is more likely. Also I have a question. How do you write like a guy?

XOXO

:(

Mood: depressed
so I didn't do NaNoWriMo because I couldn't think of anything. BUT tomorrow I plan on getting home ad writing 2,000 words. At least that's the plan. :/ I wonder how well (or is it good I can never tell the difference) that is going to work out. Hopefully ideas will come to me.

XOXO

Help!

Mood: depressed
I'm out of ideas. I have no idea what I'm going to write for NaNoWriMo. I used to be full of ideas, but now I'm blank. IDK what to do. And my head continues to hurt. UGH! Help!

XOXO

NaNoWriMo! And Other Random Stuff!

Mood: all over the place
I'm completely unstable right now. My moods have been like a roller coaster. Whch is why this is the best time to write (in my opinion) just because I never kow where my writing will go. I know that sounds weird, but I plan to just type. Nonstop. I'm excited. I'm going to put together a play list (maybe even make a Pandora radio), and wing it.
I think I'm going to do NaNo. Or at least try. I know a ton of blogs are doing so WTH? Might as well try it. Wow by saying WTH made this post sound kinda pissy. I TOLD U I'M UNSTABLE! JK! But I plan on starting my story. :) Who's ready?
Anyways on a side note Wednesday is a Career Fair for my school. I was looking at the list of occupations and NONE of them applied to me. In case you don't know I plan to be a publisher. Wow I feel like I just posted my deepest secret into Vogue. But it is kinda a secret. My parents have no idea I want to be a publisher. They think I'll be a lawyer of something. :/ But yeah none of the jobs are close. I was at least hoping to see a sales person of something but zip.
And finally my last comment. I just finished Brightly Woven! I really like it! Especially North. ;) Just saying. Well of to make my play list.

Btw I have a headache. Just thought you should know. ;)

XOXO
